In this role you will be responsible for Maximization of wells uptime and reduction of historic and future production deferrals associated with Reservoir and Wells Chokes by Implementing Production Efficiency Improvement (PEI) & Defect Elimination Segment Defined Practice (SDP).
The position is reporting to the AGT Region Production & Reservoir Performance Team Leader and has dotted line reporting to the Reservoir & Wells Reliability Manager in the Reservoir Development central organization. Key accountabilities
• Ensure each and all deferrals allocated to the Rreservoir & Wells (R&W) chokes have correctly reason source/code
• Recommend the Regional R&W Top Deferrals Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) trigger point conditions and ensure is implemented an in use to investigate defects in the R&W chokes.
• Manage and report top deferrals R&W events, Well activities associated and Defect Elimination priorities in the Region, in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators.
• Monitoring regional R&W Reliability data/trends to determine appropriate intervention and improvements. Define and Recommend plan.
•Develop Subsurface PEI & DE capability by supporting SDP, guidance and agenda in the Regional Subsurface function
•Liaise with Operations, Wells and Reservoir Management
•Share lessons learned with the other Regional Reliability Engineers and actively searches out other segment or external lessons learned that may be applicable Essential Education
Minimum bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline. Essential experience and job requirements
•Minimum 6 years of Industry experience
•Strong analytical and Organisational skills
•Good knowledge of English Language Desirable criteria & qualifications
•Strong commination and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to influence with respect.
•Good Project Management skills Relocation available
