Manager – Renewable Energy

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Renewable Energy Manager to be responsible for renewable energy programs, planning and regulatory compliance. We will rely on your experience and expertise to ensure regulatory compliance for renewable energy matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage renewable energy programs including stakeholder relationships, advocacy and regulatory
• Develop and manage renewable energy initiatives, including large-scale generation and distributed energy resources
• Manage renewable energy program funding to maximize benefit to ratepayers and corporation
• Represent the Company with media for renewable energy programs
• Report to senior and executive management on program status and advises on strategic issues

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance or Business, plus at least 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the electric utility industry, regulation, technologies and markets
• Excellent business, planning and project management skills
• Knowledge of renewable energy programs and relevant state and federal requirements preferred
• Management experience highly preferred
